I pooted?

Has anyone else seen these Billboards around? If so does anyone know what the Hell they mean? Its a red Billboard and it is all blank except for big letters that say....I pooted?...no Idea what the hell it means but they are popping up all over the place?

I saw one that had the same color scheme that just said, " My boogers itch"

I just got back from watching Nacho Libre, and there was an ad for Cartoon Network that had some chartoon character running around in circles making horse noises, saying "I'm a horsie" then making a farting noise, and saying, "I pooted!" Probably the same thing.
