I love to live in Quebec, the landscape is awesome, people communicate a lot and the govnerment is ok.

But still if the province ever separate, i'll have to leave. I'm just against all the separatism and I fear everything will be more lefty oriented. Already we pay for that every gets a chance in life and thats ok, but with a separation I think that will be way more enforced.

Maybe I'll look into Alberta or British Colombia. Anyway I already have my green card to go in the states ( 1 of my grandfather was American) and I have my visa to go in Italia (my other grandfather was Italian).

I lived in Sydney, Australia for 3 years and absolutely loved it. It's the only place on earth where having an American accent will dramatically improve your chances of getting laid. Beaches, weather, women, partying, laid back attitude, open spaces, etc.

Once I got married + kids, it became important to be close to both sets of grandparents. I actually like it a lot here in the pacific nw.

Emigrating is when you move from one country to another. What didn't you understand?

I don't think another country would have me. I'm staying here. I am even going to register to vote. There are going to be some Prezing issues coming up. I did emigrate from California to Washington. Does that count?

If I had to, I would consider Italy. I live to eat.

First on my list Japan second & this is a Tie Australia or Canada I have been to all 3 & loved them all.
3rd would be if I totally wanted to drop off the planet Scottland when I was in Europe we went thru some Highland country areas I'm 1 of those survivalist types so to highlands I would simply disapear for that.
Japan would be the first choice with out a doubt.

emigrating mean leaving a place for another place. it is a proper term the way he used it.

I like the West Coast. Yeah, our government is fucked, but that's way over on the other side of the country. We do shit our own way out here, and on the whole it's not TOO bad. The traffic and congestion I could do without though... However for a rock musician there is no better town to live in!!

as fucked up as it might seem, our CA state govt is 10x worse than the Federal govt in terms of stupidity, pandering to tax-takers (at the constant expense of tax-payers) and waste.

talk about how to utterly ruin a good thing
