So if all women in a general sense are, that would mean every one of them like his statemet seems to allude to; my mom, your mom, etc. Is that cool? That's a little ridiculous to me.

Eh people make terrible general statements that can be applied to board members all the time. I'm not saying it's a good thing, and if you want to move toward being a little more strict about it that's fine. It just struck me as unusual given other things I've seen around here. (best example I can give immediately would be the way people talk about GC employees and I know there are some of those on the board)

I've been dealing with this very issue this week with my daughters now EX boyfriend... I have no tolerance of this BS and certainly not the disrespect of women in any violent manner...

Don't you think Jeri, Annah or any other woman on this forum would take offense to that vulgarity? I've got no problem with the word personally, but why would you use it on a public, private forum? Please ask any other admin if they think it's okay to use that word; I really want to know what their response is.
And BTW, he's only suspended for three days.

I don't think anyone meant for you to assault her! In saying "treat her like shit" I think they just meant stop doting on her and start acting like you could care less if you're with her or not. No one's telling you to hit a girl! That is just weak!

It started on a camping trip last Sunday where he wouldn't allow her to leave, took her cellphone so she couldn't call and threw her down on the ground..

The fool was dumb enough to show up at my house the next day.. He was shown what a 9mm looks like and told to leave..the day ended with a court ordered restraining order ... Wasn't the way I would have wanted this to go for her but her safety is #1 priority ..

Why do women get themselves into this situation in the first place? why? I have seen this all my life and I just don't understand it! There are alot of gentlemen out there that are single and available and would treat women with respect but the majority of women do not want to have any part of their world. It's a mystery!
