  • Anyone like steak?

Grilled up this 37oz. ribeye for dinner this evening.

I much prefer my own steaks to any of the steakhouse chains (outback, texas roadhouse, logans, etc). Anyone else handy at the grill?

I actually cooked this one a "touch" too long. I like it a bit more rare. . .

Guess I'll have to try again.....hahah.

Yes Sir, I'm handy on the grill! I too much prefer my own steaks to the "chains".

I have recently switched from charcoal to wood for my grill though. I'll never use propane to grill with. I think it's written the Southerners code book that gas is a blasphemy... Or something like that!

DAMN! That looks good!! You must be from Texas... Whack off the horns, whipe his nasty ol' butt and slap it on the plate!

Jesus, looks like somone has a money to burn! *jealous*

Medium rare steaks are the only way to go. If you like your steaks well done, you secretly hate red meat.

I used to like steak like that. Nowadays, I like it cooked a little bit more. Now I'm hungry!

I'm like the god damned hank hill of the grill. Oh, get those dumb ass leaves off of the plate. Leaves and meat don't belong on the same plate. I don't see that it's underdone, as long as the inner temp was good.

But, 37oz? Isn't that considered the "jr." cut?

                            +1

                            I prefer's mine sashimi style.

What a buch of whimps we have on the forum LOL!

P.S. Still looks great - I wouldn't pass that up, except for the fact that I've lost 25lbs the past two monthes and I wouldn't be able to fit more than 4-8oz before getting full. Bone-appitite (RacerX spell check button is where?)
