Water. I keep a 2 liter bottle at my desk at work, that I fill at least twice a day.
I fill out a questionnaire at my annual physical, on which I list my alcohol intake at 3 drinks/day (usually beer with dinner, then a couple more afterwards). When the results of my bloodworks come back though, the indicators for my liver/kidney function are about the same as those of teetotalers
