Dunlop H3 sharpies jazz picks. Small. Blue. Sharp point. I just got a bag of the ones that are identical to them but say H1 on them and have a rounder tip. I think I like th sharp tips better. More accurate.

Used to use the yellow Dunlop Tortex .73's but recently switched to the grey Dunlop Nylon .73's. MUCH smoother-playing, less "scritch" factor. Now I just need to find a way to buy like a case of about 10,000 of them.
