What kind of picks do you use?

    Dunlop... purple Gator Grip .96 or the heavy red Gel picks.

      I used to use .73 and 1.0 mm dunlops, but now use the white 1.0 mm Ibanez/Vai picks with the little grippies on it. The brown, pink and green Vai picks don't have the grip feature like the white ones do.

        Dunlop Gator Grip 2.0mm and nothing else!

            I've used the same green Dunlop tortex picks for a long time. Looking at one, it says ".88mm" Huh. Good to know.

            I find they're heavy enough for good control, but not so thick that they get popped out of my hand by the strings when I bear down for some faster hybrid picking.

                WOW! 2 pages in and I'm the first one who uses JACKSON picks! I use the purple XH 1.14mm gauge. Basically the same shape as the standard Fender pick.
