    Best time of year to eBay gear?

    Med/High end gear, name brand functional used stuff. Ya know, tube amps, well loved USA guitars?
    Sometimes the logic escapess me on when this stuff brings top (and bottom) dollar.

      Jan-Apr and Xmas to buy. June - Thanksgiving to sell.

      Before April, people are selling stuff to pay taxes. Before Christmas, people are selling gear for money for their kid's toys... These are generally the worst time to sell, and the best time to buy.
