I have a silver KV4 that is somewhat road-worn. It plays great, but has many scratches and dings, and one of the wings is missing a good sized chip of wood. A friend of mine wants to trade 4 brand new Celestion V30s, and $100 for it. Does that sound like a good deal?

some amps...they have some glowing bottle like things in them...i think my amps do that modelling thing....COOL, huh?!?!?!

Yes I need the speakers. I have never had V30s. I have a Marshall 18 watt TMB clone that Pete (twisteramps) built for me. I was going to build a 4 x 10 cab for it, and load it with Eminence speakers, but V30s should suit the amp very well. He paid $89 a piece for them, so I'd be getting roughly $450 for the guitar.Comment

Is it your only KV?If you're flammable and have legs, you are never blocking a fire exit. Unless you are a table.Comment
