Why? Just because someone is a celebrity that means they can't be human and have faults just like everyone else?

Everyone has these high expectations of celebrities like they're perfect do no wrong super humans or something. Looking at the current line-up of celebs they're mostly scumbags that haven't done shit to deserve what they have. Lindsay Lohan, Paris Hilton, Tara Reid, Russell Crow, Jennifer Lopez, Carmen Electra, Pam Anderson, Micky Rourk...The list goes on, but the one thing they all have in common is they are all scumbags.

The difference between Mel is he made a religious movie that offended certain people and now that he fucked up he's being portrayed as some sort of hate mongering demon. I mean just look at the picture they used with that beard and look on his face. Dude looks like a crazy eye psycho in that picture.

I wonder if a lot of his anti-semetic feelings didn't manifest themselves after all the flak the jewish community gave him after the passion, and in his drunken state he said some things he may not truly believe, (or maybe he did) A large portion of the movie industry is controlled by Jewish people, and like it or not, people with common bonds do tend to stick together.
