Sorry to hear that man, but they are really not worth it. You have learned a hard life lesson, that you can't always trust those you love (both her and him). You now know that neither of them is trustworthy so just don't associate with them any longer. And don't let them see that it bothers you. there are plenty of other girls out there who will appreciate you, and there are friends who wouldn't do that to you as well. Cut your losses and find someone worthy.

Now if you can fuck her sister or best friend, that would be a good parting shot, but DON'T get into a relationshipo with such.
