Alright, so here's the deal. I know I'm being paranoid, but I don't get stuff on ebay very often.

I bought a cheap digital camera on the 27th. Hit the BIN, sent the payment via paypal immediately. Didn't hear anything for a couple of days. The seller sent an email on the 29th that the money had just hit their account and that it was being sent USPS Priority mail that day, which is what was listed in the auction. Now, I understand that our mail system isn't the best in the world, but it's been 6 business days from Florida and I have no way of tracking it. It's also not a lot of money (like $50), but still.

Should I just tough it out? Am I being lame?

Well, at least one feedback from a buyer said "slow shipping but good communication". Another says, "after 2 weeks of waiting, it's finally here". I guess I would wait it out a few more days.

Surprising that they didn't get Delivery Confirmation which is 50 cents. It's not a tracking number but it proves you got it. Hopefully you paid for insurance, if it doesn't arrive file a claim.

Sometimes people are slow. Check the postmark when you get it to see what date it was really mailed. Then decide if a neutral or neg based on the shipping date is worth the retaliatory neg you'll probably get.

I did use the 9 digit zip code. I don't know how much it helps but I always look it up and write it on there in big numbers.

This happens quite often with Sellers regarding shipping. They will state Priority Mail, but often take up a lot of time between the paid time and the actual shipping time. From my experience Priority takes between 2-3 days in the U.S. just about anywhere. Glad you finally got your item
