That, and our military wouldn't be put on the "fat boy" program. It really exists, let me tell ya. Them old Sarges get chubby! And not just the dudes either.
I'm talking Chair Force here, we all know our Marines are badass mofos who are always in shape. :p

Yeah no kidding with that. Back in my chair force days I recall they asked me to run some charitable event because I had the fastest yearly qualifying run of the entire squadron. That was back when I would smoke 2 packs a day. I swear to this day I walked about half of that mile and a half run. But I still managed to be the fastest runner? That's pretty sad.

I hear that. I smoke heavily, never exercise, and still come in at least the top 10 in our semi annual physical readiness test. My wife couldn't believe it the first time she came on base with me. She had the whole ship shape navy image in her head, then sees all these fat bastards everywhere. It's cause the military just ignored it for so long. We had a girl in my division; 5'5", 220, 45% body fat. And they let her reenlist for 40,000 and she was promoted. That doesn't fly anymore. You aren't within standards, you go on the fatboy program. You don't make improvements, you're discharged. If you got a huge bonus upon reenlisting and you can't get in shape, you owe uncle sam some money. In response to the thread, no problems with guns for me. I'm sick of shooting them though. The Navy thinks if you don't shoot a gun for 1 month you forgot how. Nothing like qualifying every few weeks by shooting a 9 mm at the fucking ocean. Although some people can still miss that target.

I take my kid in the back of the garage and we plink on my Beeman "silver streak" air rifle..that SOB is accurate..

I wanna take him to the range and plink with My Ruger MRK II Bull Barrell..that's a fun handgun and cheap as dirt to shoot!!

If you notice the top picture, Mini-me is squeezing rounds off..... Check out the brass being ejected and the "cloud" on the business end (muzzle)

Lil Fugger enjoys going out to the country..... You should have seen the look on his face after he shot a watermelon at 75-yds with a bolt action .308 .... Shit-ass rubbed his shoulder for a while... He likes making watermelon soup!!

Love the look on his face. 308 is definitely a great round. Personally I think the US should have stuck with something in the 308 for LMG instead of picking up the FN. Love 223 but not for a LMG. The 308 has that extra car stopping punch that you need. Just sold off a G3K this summer. Sadly my only 308. Oh well I'm waiting to see if a rumor I heard holds true. If it does a lot of us HK fans will be very happy.

My first pistol was a Ruger Mark I! God I miss that pistol! I sold it to a friend and the deal was if he sold it it could only be back to me - he ignored the deal and sold it so another friend, to replace that friend's dad's Mark I that he LOST on a backpacking trip! That's the SAME friend I sold my 1965 Fender Mustang to, and he sold THAT out from under me too.
Apparently promises made while stoned aren't binding!
