  • Aerosmith and Motley Crue tonight.

Well, on the heels of the Zombie and Godsmack show, my friend got tickets for Motley Crue and Aerosmith for tonight.

I was never really a fan of A-smith, well, maybe their old stuff. But I am def a fan of all the older Crue stuff. It would suit me fine if they just played the entire Too Fast For Love album, and choice songs off Shout at the Devil.

Am I going to be disappointed?:ROTF:

These tickets were gratis, as were the Godsmack tix. I have not been paying for shows in the past couple years.

Free tickets to Motley Crue and Aerosmith? Eh, that's still too much money. I'd love to see the show so long as each band was restricted to playing songs off their first three albums.

That's what I am talking about. I figure, if it sucks, we can leave and not be out any $$$ out of pocket.

Holy crap, I wondered why Mick Mars and Joe Perry came into my store on the same day! Crap, I wanted to make this show too, I just totally spaced on it. Enjoy the show!

Shit, that'll be a great show. I wish we were in the area, because we'd be there, no matter the cost.

I will be at the Tuesday night show. With the Family in tow, no less! And for anyone who cares, Tom Hamilton will not be playing bass for Aerosmith for a few shows, recovering from an illness. Should still be a kickass show.

I saw Crue here last year. It was a pretty good show from what I can remember.

I know they're supposed to be here soon, unless it already happened and I forgot. I'm not planning on going, I've lost all interest in Aerosmith.

The tour of the year IMO, I want to see it so BAD!!!! I hope they will come to North Europe.

With Motley, no way is Aerosmith gonna play their cheese dick material, I'm pretty sure they are in the mood for doing Toys In The Attick era stuff.

Sadly, we missed all but the end of Motley Crue's set. The traffic was a nightmare as well as parking. Then the line at "will call". The line to get in after we picked up the tix was fukkin long. A sea of people.

Motley went on at 7:30. WTF? Since when does a rock show start at 7 fukkin 30? Oh the horror. They sounded pretty good.......all except for Mr. Neil. Damn...I am not gonna bash the guy. Maybe he had a bad night.

Aerosmith was on the money. I am no fan of theirs, but they run a tight ship. Joe Perry was ON! He was playing what appeared to be repainted BB King ES models. No f holes, block inlays, neck binding, etc.

One had an airbrush of a blonde on it. Not sure if it was someone specific, or just another pretty face.
