So.. I found out that he has this Surfcaster up for sale again.
It´s a long story, right Ron , but this deal was done outside of eBay or any else auction site. Actually I don´t think he was a scammer, but he became one now.

I did a bank wire transfer on this and thought that was the safest thing around, but probably not. Have to check with my bank tomorrow what to do. After that, I´ll probably that f#$%er But I won´t do anything before I´ve visited my bank.

As I understand it, wire transfers are 'safe' for the seller, but don't offer the buyer any protection.....
