Frank Gambale Mode Diagrams ?

Can anyone spare a copy of the mode diagrams from Frank Gambale's "Modes, No More Mystery" DVD ?

I have the DVD and understand modes, I just need to get my ass practicing. I'm getting bored with the same old stuff. Looking to expand.
