Hand Cramps from playing guitar... any tips/recommends to fix?

I have had many different guitars over the years and have only suffered from hand cramps while playing my Ibanez RG 770. It has an ultra thin original wizard neck. I have never had cramps while playing any other axe.

ive heard the early wizard necks were even THINNER then the new current crop. IT musta been one splinter away from the truss rod adjustment!!!!

Great for Shred, tough for chording! At least to my hands!
