  • Please help me make a kick-ass '80s mix tape

Hi folks, I've not posted here for ages.

Anyway, I want to make a really cool cd of kick-ass "glam/hair metal/'80s" music. The only problem is that my knowledge of these bands is pretty limited. I've got a few of the more obvious tracks already:

    Ratt: 'Round and Round'
Scorpions: 'Bad boys running wild, Rock you like a hurricane'
    Motley Crue: 'Dr Feelgood'
Van Halen: (loads of tracks to choose from)

    Etc etc

I want to keep this one just plain out rock (no power ballads please). I also just downloaded Lynch Mob's Wicked Sensation (wicked song). So I think all of that gives you a good idea of what I'm looking for.

If you guys could recommend some more tracks I would really appreciate it. Thanks.

    Lynch Mob - The Secret
    Badlands - Winters Call
Mr. Big - My Kind of Woman

In the noob's defense...if I hadn't been posting since February of this year I would call that ages too.

If that one doesn't blow the roof of, nothing will
You'll have to download it from the net though, their Power Metal album is damn hard to find these days

If you're talking cartoon-tunes the theme from Bikermice From Mars is one of my personal favorites.. Jeff Scott De Soto does the singing on that one.. Then there's always the Thunder Cats theme

The request was specifically for Glam/Hair Metal.I don't think thrash/speed metal quite fit the bill.
