I was reading some interesting stuff about the agency he used to prepare his taxes. Apparently they have a history of preparing fraudulent tax returns. They collected 20% of all refunds collected by their clients. Also allegedly the individual who prepared Snipes' returns advised him that only foreign-collected income was taxable!
He could also be anywhere in the world at this point, and he was last detained in 2005 at a South African airport with a fake S.A. passport!
