Two new songs from my band RUIN (Rehearsal videos)

Hey folks!

I just wanted to let those of you who are interested know that we've completed two new Ruin songs, and we filmed them yesterday. The sound isn't perfect, but it's decent for what it is. We made these vids for our own "viewing pleasure" hehe, but I thought maybe some of you would like to check them out.

Things have REALLY slow with Ruin, partly due to the fact that we've been ultra busy with the other band I play in (Coldworker), but we've got a Ruin gig on Halloween, and we're gonna record a new demo the first weekend in December. We'll see what happens!

Hehe, there's actually going to be a solo in Tainted Soul, but we haven't got to the part of working it out just yet. :p

I dunno, isn't that how everybody rehearses?! Haha, I've never done it any other way, how do you rehearse?

Cool beans. Maybe you guys can get a mic in the room and run it direct to the CamCorder. That will give you a better sound on the recording.

Hehe, well all of us except for Anders Jakobson are nobodies, but he has had his fair share of touring and stuff... and it's great to play with him, he has alot of routine and experience!

Yes, Swanö helped us with tuning the guitar sound, setting up all the drum mics etc, but his main part was in mixing the album, he did a killer job of course! That guy has so much knowledge/skills it's scary...

I dunno, cam inputs are kinda weak.

Then again, not all cams have an audio input (they SHOULD! It should be LAW!)
