I'm bumping this up because I just talked to my neighbor. They are all set to move out. And she wants 8 grand as-is. I am so tempted to just buy it and flip it. The cheapest same type is going for much more than that. I could get 15K easy.

The singles are between 15 and 23 grand. Go up the street a bit and the doubles are in the 30K range. Go a little farther up the street and the manus are 60K. This is the West Coast. This is expensive trailer trash.
