Try Dregs of the Earth and Unsung Heroes for starters. Just so you know those both have keys and fiddle and the interplay between all of em is really cool. But if you only wanna hear guitar you might wanna check out the Steve Morse Band stuff. It's all good stuff.

Steve is outstanding and Southern Steel is a must have also. Many great guitarists out their and Steve is amazing and different. I fine he is one of a few guitarists that guitarists love but do not usually copy. Holdsworth is one also. Holdsworth is out their and is off center in his writing. Very unusual. Steve is brilliant and plays in and out of the box. His solo projects and the Dregs are exiting songs with outstanding playing. He chooses a sound that has a lot more right hand noise than I would dial in but he makes it work masterfully. I get the grip it and rip it vibe from him and not a guy searching for processed sound. I think you could hand him any piece of crap guitar and a cheese amp and he will wow you.
