    Anybody remember this band?
    http://vids.myspace.com/index.cfm?fu...oid=1118796865

I was looking thru old CDs and found my copy of Alcatraz and also HSAS. They are both very used, back in the 80s/90s i never put CDs back in their case, i would just stack em wherever. Now I cant find replacements

Indeed I remember them. They are part of the Metal Shredder History. In fact, we're talking Alcatrazz in this very thread:

Such a classic song and always my favorite Yngwie solo. Man, I love watching him play..everything seems so effortless and that vibrato.

my favorite alcatrazz tune is "painted lover" with vai.

i have to admit that graham bonnett is pretty hard to listen to for very long.

I have the frist two, Alcatrazz and Live Sentence on vinyl and I have Live Sentence on CD.

Live Sentence is perhaps one of the very best YM albums , and one of the best live albums ever.

the orginal Alcatrazz was one of my favorite bands ever.

I still rate No Parole for Rock n Roll as one of the Top 10 rock albums of all time.
the guitar players look damaged - they've been outcasts all their lives
