those cars he is interested in (minus the neon) are fun and all, but wait until u have to buy parts for em. The Supra will screw him. I had a few friends in high school who bought some older sports cars and were forced to sell em off at a major loss due to the costs of replacing some vital components.

Call a neon what you will, but they arent that bad and parts are EASY to find, and the cars are cheap. I drive a 98 Neon and its been good to me, and the work is relatively easy to do!

If you´re after a Porsche make sure you´re certain about prices of parts. Common sense over here is that these things are really expensive to maintain.

Otherwise I have no clue about cars at all ... LOL.
