We been together since 4/25/84 and married on 11/14/87..wow that's when Ratt just came out and the real Van Halen broke up..
We just came back from lunch...

Let me share a little hindsight "wisdom".
I discovered ..the longer you are together, the less you argue..things that were once important are no longer a issue ..especially when you have a kid...people don't really "change" but priorities do..
Funny thing is..the silly spats you have with your spouse will never end..and they're always about the same exact shit..funny really.
Example, My Mom and Dad been married for 43 years.. my mom still butters his toast..my dad HATES butter...his friends, family and even some strangers know this..but yet my mom still butters his toast..right in front of him!!
Why?...because she can!
Sometimes it takes years to find out you married the wrong person..and you can NEVER make the wrong person right..you buy it "as is"..So, I guess it's just the luck of the draw ..
I wanted to share that with you..because well, it is the one thing certain I've learned that is a fact of life.
