Need translation help - Finnish-to-English

I know there's a few JCF'ers from Finland here so maybe I can get a helping hand

A friend of mine ordered some Kalmah merchandise, and hasn't received it in over a month. He inquired with the company, and received a response ...... in Finnish! Anyone care to translate?

I got the "Mail" part. They probably shipped it "slow boat" that takes a month or more to get here. Be patient.
