Outsourcing getting worse?

I just checked out some Tom Mabe on Napster. Definitley funny, but the king of prank calls IMO is Roy D Mercer.

Actually the EarthLink main corporate office is in Atlanta.

They do not make calls to customers, sales or existing.

The support center they have outsourced a contract with, is actually in Bombay, India.

They are friendly, and know what they are doing- but there is a definte language barrier.

I know these as facts, as the ISP I worked at, we sold our dialup users to Earthlink, and I was in contact with 2 or 3 corporate guys in Atlanta (even had thier cell phone numbers!)
