My cousin eats like a pig and is skinny as a rail. The fucker can't gain weight. He over eats to try and gain, but he can't for some reason.

If your legs are crapping I think you need calcium. You need to work out or find yourself a woman who likes to cook. I was like you up until age 27. 5'11" and 145lbs. Now at age 36 I am hitting 200lbs. You do need to gain some weight but don't wish for it too badly it will come with age.

It's your metabolism. All through highschool I weighed 145 pounds. At 6'6", that's pretty skinny. Didn't matter what I ate. By my late 20's I was up to 186. How, In my mid-50's it's about 260. It's all in the genes.
I am a true ass set to this board.

Or a tapeworm! A former co-worker of mine was an avid gardener and would eat raw veggies right out of the ground. Well, one time, he bit off more than a carrot! Poor bastard was eating for two!

Where the hell did I come up with calcium. Take some one a days and take care of everything you're not getting from eating crap.

Dude, get married, that worked for me.
But seriously, from age 20 to 23 I weighed an average of 145 to 155 (I'm 5ft 10). I could eat anything, drink my ass off, and not gain a pound. I got married shortly before I turned 24, and put on about 10 pounds the first year. That motivated me to start working out, not that I looked fat, I just didn't look good. I started working out a couple months ago, hitting the weights 4 times a week, just focusing on 2 muscles each day. All I take for supplements are muscle milk and creatine. I've gone up to about 175 now. I don't know if it's just from me getting older or the supplements, but it's the first time I've tried to gain weight and it worked. If you can get a similar type of protein or weight gainer, I'd reccomend it.
