I'm getting a grim reaper (no skulls or the like) in a more subdued/sinister fashion (think of the wraiths from Lord of the Rings). The background will be a moonlit forest scene. All done in black and grey. I'm going to Don McDonald @ Bodyworks Tattoo in Pittsburgh.

Here's a couple of his recent works.

Holy shit those are beautifully done!! I've never seen such beautiful tats before! When I think of tats I think of some of those atrocious ugly ones that look nothing like they're supposed to...

I've actually considered a small symbol on the lower left of my abs, albeit I'm too hairy for it to show properly, so meeeeh...

maybe it's just because when I'm wearing a shirt you can't see mine, but I've never caught anyone judging me. Of course, if I came into the office on Monday morning with no shirt & pants on, they might judge me then. But that might possibly be because I came into the office with no shirt & pants.

Being known as the guy that comes into the office with no shirt & pants probably would limit me somewhat in my career anyway, tattoos or not.
      Hail yesterday

Bob is taking appointments for Jan. and Feb. right now. I still have some saving up to do though, (he's not cheap!!). These are my plans. I'll probably travel to Toronto at his new shop to have my work done.

Yeah, around the ankle bone hurts a little, but not too bad. On the chest, up by the collar bone and towards the armpit hurts a little, too. I think the one on my back hurt the most, and that's under my neck line between my shoulder blades.

my tatts are more like cartoons, i've got the Stones' lips n tongue logo, a charvel logo and a snake wrapped around a big musical note. the other arm
has a juicy beach robo babe popping out of her bikini.
Not helping the situation since 1965!

Yep, when you get old the tattoo does not look good at all.

That may be true if you don't take care of the tat. However, I'm guessing most of us with tats aren't that worried about showing off our bodies when we're old anyway.

and you don't want to spoil your 80 year old bikini body with some nasty saggy tatts.

Really? I'm no expert but I've never heard this before. I did a couple quick web searches and didn't find anything. Do we need to call in myth busters?
