I have to say, most heavy metal names are just awful. Some kind of abstract shit like, Superfluous Devastation! That's supposed to make me feel what?

even the bands I like have horrible names, like System of a Down. That's just stupid.

I may not like 80s newave much but I have to give them credit, they know how to come up with decent names for bands. Heck, even the 70s. Steely Dan isn't bad, the Clash, etc.

Metalheads have to take some more time before they name their bands.
