Just north of Seattle it is perfectly fine, at least right now.

Hope you're OK, Fett! Just read some bad news. Donnie had a tree fall on his place. No one was hurt, but the damage is supposedly pretty bad.

Hey dg, tell Donnie I'm glad no one got hurt. Sucks about the house though, but that can be rebuilt.

And Fett, post in to let everyone know you're alright, man! I can see you lurking and laughing right now, so chime in man! Don't tease us!

I'm not dead. But, I did have a 20 foot branch fall on the trailer. The cable was out for a few days and I was not "Here" for a few days. But, everything is Ok now.

Good to hear you got through OK, Fett. I think power is still out for some of the guys.

No problems here either.. I lost power for about 12 hours at my apartment complex, no trees issues. Lots of people are still without power though.

Good to hear. My stepson had a 60 foot tree fall from his backyard; across the street and over the lines. As of Sat they couldn't do anything because of guywires and such. The road was totally blocked. The tree missed the across the road neighbor's house. Not by much. And they live on a private road.

Life is good. It's very quiet. The neighbors are cool. However, the ones on either side of me are moving soon. Just as long as they don't sell the land out from under me.

200,000 are still without power. And it could take a few more days to get back to normal. Who needs hurricanes or tornados? The longest I went without power was 4 days. That was a few years ago. That was long enough.
