My mom and dad gave me 100.00 (which will go towards new motorcycle boots), and a historical book about the town I live in.
From the wife and kids, I got a couple of Jethro Tull CDs to nearly finish my collection, a Boss FS-5L footswitch and cable for changing channels on my amp, and a hooded, long-sleeve bath robe so going to and from the hot tub on the deck is a little less frigid during the Minnesota winter.
Haven't done Christmas with my inlaws yet, but I am fairly certain I will be getting Queensryche Operation Mindcrime 2, and the book Rudy Sarzo wrote about touring with Ozzy & Randy on the Diary of a Madman tour.

Not too bad, I'm happy with it. Oh yeah, and a really cool fuzzy blue hat.
And how 'bout some pics Alvin?

So far my parents and in-laws have spoiled me pretty good. Got lots of $$$, a Dremel, a skil saw (with laser sighting) and the wife bought me a new DVD player! Going over to my wife's dad's tonight and they always spoil me. I guess I'm a good son-in-law. If they only knew...
The $$$ is going towards gear, of course. And my music room/office.THIS SPACE FOR RENT

Ralph Maccio lives in my town. I happened to be sending a guitar to CA when he came in the Post Office. I asked him if he still played guitar but he said he made it "look like" he did, but still has the Telecaster from the movie. I think I'll badger him till he gives it up !!! He asked me if I see Steve around ??? Steve Vai ?? Nah ... not lately at least !!!

my kids had a great xmas. Got some cool gifts & had a great day all round, I think.
I got a box of chocolates from the kids; a letter opener and pen set made from Tasmanian Sassafras; a book of great historical speeches; "Inside Little Britain", the autobiography from the guys in the show; season 2 of Scrubs on dvd. It's probably my best score in years.
oh, and I treated myself (and the family) to a new shelf stereo/dvd 5.1 setup about a week ago.Last edited by VitaminG; 12-25-2006, 05:24 PM.Hail yesterday
