I just got a letter from Fed Ex about my Credit Card being declined.... due to me loosing it and changing it.

I have signed up for the Fed Ex service for easy shipping or whatever a while ago and used it once when I sold my Jackson RR5.

I do not remember, but I think I read that they charge like 2 bucks a month or something here that I have read.

All it says on the letter is that they will terminate my shipping privileges, I do not want to pay their bill since I have not used this "service" for a long time. Anyone have any ideas about this??

You agreed to the terms of service when you signed on,and not reporting the card number change to them constitutes fraud.Regardless of the frequency of service,you were informed of the fee when you signed the agreement.

I know it sounds sh!#y,but businesses have really covered their asses with service agreements.In effect,you have signed a contract and are bound to it's terms.....

Bleh its crap. With my luck it will be like 60 bucks or something. I haven't used it in years... fuck it, I'm not going to do anything, they can terminate me if they want.

Pay the ballance and cancel the service, just like any other account you'd want to cancel.

Screwing them over like that, even for $60, make services like this cost more for people who actually use them. Its not their fault you didnt use the service you were paying for.
