HELP request on EMS ship to mm2002

I shipped a guitar to Mark from Belgium via EMS, and now I see in the weblog that they declare the address to be invalid and have it shipped back.

I think EMS is handled via DHL over there, but I'm not sure.
On my local site, nobody seems to be able to help at this point.

Does someone know who handles the incoming EMS ships in the US and a contact phone number for import ships???

I just want to be able to catch the guitar prior re-ship.

(the item is in Springfield currently)

EMS is handled by the US post office over here. Here is the number they have on their site for international shipping.

1-800-222-1811

If it says Springfield I would assume they meant Springfield Missouri. It is probably at one of the main hubs.

That's what I thought too, but it turns out it was DHL. At any rate it's all safe and sound now.
