I find it interesting that the FAA said they had no knowledge of anything until there was an FOIA filing. All of a sudden they remembered the incident. I have been up in the O'Hare tower. If there was something in the airspace they would have seen it. There are high powered binoculars placed all around the cab.

I think those people saw something. What, I don't know.
