Amazing, a lot of us about the same age from the original Metal days... When it was all new and when practically every new album broke new ground that was nothing like what had been done before... When all the extreme 'hard rockers' either got into metal or absolutely hated it with all of their guts.

When I was 16, I was blaring "Ride The Lightning" at high school in 1984 only weeks after it came out and all the hard rock, heavy metal crowd thought it was garbage and always told me to "turn it off".... only a few years later, and they all loved Metallica. hah Funny shit mang
