standing at leicester train station, i hear an announcement that cattle have walked onto the track, causing a delay to incoming trains. naturally i am taking a train using that exact same track. 15 minutes enroute to sileby, the conductor announces there is a bull on the track and that the train will not stop at barrow-upon-soar. bullshit, i thought.. then i see 2 trains motionless, and stood behind the first is a cow.... well, at least it was better than the usual "signal failure" or "leaves on the track" bullshit.
