I alway fuck up the flippin part.

By the way ONLY Mrs. Butterworths syrup will cut it.

I don't know if there is anyone here from Quebec but get them to send you some fresh syrup that has been tapped from a tree. I've only had it a few times myself and the mass produced stuff just isn't as good.

My Family Recipe is it boys. Here it is. If you can't cook, double all the quantities and it'll be more forgiving, serious.

1 1/4 Cup Flour
2 1/2 Teaspoons baking powder (clabber girl is the real deal)
2 Tablespoons Sugar
3/4 Teaspoon Salt

1 Egg
1 Cup Milk
3 Tbsp melted butter (vegetable oil if you are lazy)

mix all the dry stuff, mix all the wet stuff in a seperate bowl. Beat 'em together and cook on a Hot Plate set to 400 degrees.

Serve with real butter and Aunt Jemima Butter Lite and you are Done baby.
