Looks like a regular 335. I know he collects guitars more fiercely than me, but I've heard him say he's not a great player. He just appreciates the instruments and it's players.

I like it. You have to remember that most great guitar builders and designers dont even play guitar. Ever see Leo Fender with a guitar? Besides he probobly plays better than the guys in Korn, so why not have his own signature, Korn do.............

All Keifer Sutherland associations aside...it looks like a cool guitar.

I remember EVH years ago in an interview talking about wanting to have a scaled down 335 made.

Yeah, he loves music. He has even started an indie record label, I don't recall the name. He wants an eclectic label with lots of different genres, to sign bands the majors would pass on, based strictly on if he likes them. I think that's a great motive; whether it can succeed is another story. He did NOT plan on being an artist AFAIK.

Then again,his day job pays pretty well! If the label pays for itself, or even makes a good writeoff, he could probably help a lot of bands!

as above i was gonna say he does own his own label and have a big gibson collection so why not?!?! obviously he asked gibsob to mnake him a guitar and thought yeah and then thought why don't we market a keifer sutherland model....pretty novel idea on gibsons part...advertise to the mindless masses who wouldn't know a fret fom a penis but watch 24...and suddenly they have the next big thing in wallmart...i wonder if u get a box set of 24 dvds with every purchase? hehe
