    I like it !
Don't have the link but I believe his pet project is Iron Horse Studio. Some good info there and pics of some of his collection as well. They even say they don't let him play on any tracks. But hey you don't have to be a pro or even any good to really enjoy playing.

Or to have Gibson make a signature guitar for you appearantly. it probably is a great guitar but I just don't care for this kinda marketing ploy

how do you guys know he's not a good guitarist? hell, there are pro guitarists with signature models that suck donkey balls imo. so a signature model for a great actor seems just fine.

yes, what an awful marketing ploy. how dare they use a famous person that is good looking, immensely popular, and very talented just to sell a product. next thing you know they'll have heavyweight boxers promoting non-stick cooking gadgets.

sorry I was wrong about his music co. it's ironworksmusic. They have changed their page and I couldn't find all the cool photos they had on there before. It does mention that Keiffer has been collecting Gibson guitars for 20 years.
              it's a label/studio co.

              Tim you made me laugh......

You are 100% right, It's marketing 101 for sure, looks, popularity always come before talent, and I'm not saying the guy can't play, with his money and connections I'm sure he's had some great instructors, and he's probably a damn good player, But the guitar is not the tool of his trade, and I doubt if serious musicians would be lining up to buy a guitar just because an actors name is on it, the wanna be masses, will probably stampede the store to get em

i watched an interview in which he's starting a record label, that will seek out "rock bands" not "recording artists"... he said he has seen alot of good bands out there not getting deals and he wants to try and change that. good for him and more power to him.

So, we've got Kiefer Sutherland and Steven Segal on guitars, Bruce Willis on vocals/harmonica..
Now all we need to complete the celeb band is a bass player and a drummer!
Any hot tips? I guess Keanu Reeves could play some bass if they forced him..

Johnny Depp and Sean Penn are also guitar players.

What about Trey Parker and Matt Stone? Trey is a piano prodigy, Matt can play drums
