Suck ass music stores.
Crummy roads.
Limited nightlife.

I think that will suffice for now. The rest of the time is pretty cool. Like now.

I visited Tampa, had a kickass time in Ibor City three nights in a row.

Of course, this was back in '97, and things may have changed somewhat (wow 10 years go by fast ).

I visited Tampa, had a kickass time in Ibor City three nights in a row.

Of course, this was back in '97, and things may have changed somewhat (wow 10 years go by fast ).

Used to be a GREAT place, some clubs have shut down, gangs are rolling and we have a nice city noise ordinance. Some clubs used to have a patio area where you could breathe some real air, get drunk and party all the while listening to bands and stuff. Now they have D.J.s

Ybor is about it, everything is too spreadout. Get on a car, after partying on club to go to another. Yeah... can you spell DWI?

Ice Ice Baby...

We got hammered here in Springfield, MO. I finally got the power on after 8 days. One night with just my gas fireplace for heat was enough to send me packing NORTH, where it was just snow and sleet. Here's a few pix:

Sadly, there are still thousands without power here after 9 days. The crew that fixed my street was from Wyoming. I have real respect for those dudes that work crazy hours doing a dangerous job far from home.
