  • Traveling - No guitar!

    Well, my boss sent me on yet another trip. This time I'm in San Diego, and from what I've seen so far I really like it.

    Its 62* and sunny here, it was 16* when I left Philly this morning.

    Anyway, to the point; Im without my guitar and Im already going through withdraw(sp). I'm thinking about hunting down a GC or music store and buying a cheap accoustic to play. I'm sure my wife will be happy to see me come home with a guitar.

    Why not take one with you. I travel a lot to the west coast/Hawaii and have no problem taking one along and carrying it on with a gig bag. I also take a PX4 which is great to walk around the hotel room playing.

      Yeah, thought of that on the last two trips, but fortunately on both of those trips someone brought their axe so I never gave it a second thought.

        I would think any city would seem better than philly

        Centre City Music is highly regarded from the LP community. Don't know if they do Jackson's as well.
