Also, as for setting fees, doctors should earn a salary commesurate to their abilities. Then you don't have a fee structure at all for procedures. When you have a human body in front of you, there should be no profit incentive, such as, "What if Is tick this plug up your butt, does that mean I make more money?" It's ludicrous. pay doctors handsomely, let them decide the proper courses for treatment, and be done with it.
