Word is Toyotas engine is considerably better, basically its a new design compared to the much older US engines. Picking the King of Futility (Mikey Waltrip) to head their program was done to ensure a mediocre year. once they pull out the stops in a year or so, they will probably dominate

I want everyone to compete with the biggest badassed engines that can be made. If these guys do what they do, let them fly off the track like they used to do. The bottom line is: "You don't have to race.". Let them race and kill themselves.
