And STILL does it for free after all these years......

and yet, he hardly posts here anymore

No he doesn't, but he keep this place up, running and pretty well updated/maintained without charging any fees. So he does deserve and should demand our respect. None of the Admins post as much as they once did....aside from Joe who I still consider an Admin newb....lol But really, with a lot of the non-sensicle whining about what amounts to a huge pile of unimportant nothings, can you blame them? The average user needs to expierience being an admin of a board as big as this one and then pass judgements.

That being said, it sometimes shows... some of the moderators in the past have had too much personal freedom to moderate how they chose.

That's my only real gripe.

Oh and the necessity for back patting is a little obnoxious too. Moderating isn't a job, it's a hobby. It's tough sometimes. Boo hoo. Thanks for doing a great job, but to hear rants about how stressful, personal and life changing it is and fishing for compliments and back patting warrants the two finger violin.

Sorry, not kissing ass, nor trying to offend anyone. Just speaking my opinion.
