What's your IQ?

I ran across this "Classic" IQ test, which I found interesting and fun to take. I'd say it took an hour or so and there are some ads to wade through, but I made it. I got a 131. Apparently the highest possible is 144. Not sure if that means much, but I guess I'm pretty happy with that score.

Edit: there is a section at the end of the test that asks for personal information including an email address. In these types of things I usually always enter bogus info and/or a throwaway email address....and recommend the same.

I learned my IQ from a 6th grade test I took prior to being admitted into the gifted class that year.

all it is, is a potential. few reach it.

I'm not falling into that one, cause then you'll expect me to duplicate it today on this test.

in 6th grade it was 138.

but if consumption of beverages and other substances over time produces a deliterious effect on the number, I'm sure by now it's nowhere near that.

If the test only goes up to 144, it's not accurate. I got 161 on a real IQ test several years ago.

I did it while I was on a conference call, so it took about 25-30 minutes.
I probably could have done it quicker if I had the time to actualy focus on it.

That would make you one of the smartets people in the world if you got a 161. Only 0.01% of the world is above 160


Over 140 - Genius or near genius
120 - 140 - Very superior intelligence
110 - 119 - Superior intelligence
90 - 109 - Normal or average intelligence
80 - 89 - Dullness
70 - 79 - Borderline deficiency
Under 70 - Definite feeble-mindedness
