Nice. Hopefully they have alot of family in the area and will have BBQ's this summer. My in-laws have the best BBQ's! Us gringos just don't do it like they can.

The guy across the street turned them on to this deal. He's a very cool dude with a nice family. I'm actually looking forward to getting a little life around here. That is unless they try and start that Subaru. It is 5 feet outside my bedroom window. Don't get me wrong. I don't have "issues".

I have lived in apartments and had a few neighbors that were Mexican. They liked to hang out in the complex parking lot listening to Tejano music and drinking beer till all hours of the morning. That music was the score to my dreams until winter came and they moved it inside.

Yeah , it's in good shape for sitting around since 2002. My car restoring days are over. Unless it is really, really neat.
