There was alot of pro-white statements on the bathroom stall in the waiting area.Made nice reading material for my 3 day bodily unload. They make the truck drivers actually leave the truck, and wait on these picnic like benches.

    Kinda off topic..heh

Unions have absolutely killed the Industry here. An average production line worker made $44 and hour in the mid 90's. That is astronomicly beyond the market value of skilled laborer.

Where did you get that information, if you dont mind?

I have never owned a non-American car except for an MGB for a project and my ex-wife's leased Honda Accord. (not really owned) I've driven Asian cars, but they don't feel right. And I hate the interior smell of a Jap or Korean cars. I don't know why? A brand new Jap car smells like old cheese to me.
Only American cars and motorcycles for me!

Haha, I don't smell the old cheese smell in Japanese cars, but I agree about the nice smell of American cars. Any type of GMC has the nicest smell.

                        • Doesn't get any more American than this. My little 1965 American Motors Corporation Rambler American. Built by Americans, and re-built by an American (me), and nothing but American parts throughout! Chevrolet 468 big block, Chevrolet 400 TH trans, Ford 9" rear, Paint made in USA . I even drive this little beast to my local American grocery store to buy American foods (sometimes Mexican though!).

My goal in life is to be the kind of asshole my wife thinks I am.

                          • Current ride is a 2007 Mustang GT. My last car was a '96 Saturn SL-2. Prior to that, I had an '87 Sunbird and in high school, I drove a '77 Chevy Monza.

For me, it's been all made-in-the-USA.
