Also go to Africa and try to get a group of people in a classroom and teach them about using a condom, yeah feels good saying it but aint gonna happen.

There was an experiment in Africa were they were distributing the latest AIDS drug to the patients and they felt better and had more sex stop taking the meds, look it up.

Most of these people are illeterate and lack no education plus civil war is a constant threat getting them classes on condom use and distribution of symtom minimizing drugs is making things worse. Most dont understand basic biology because they were want to go to school its not like the US were you can go educate some school kids on condom use and you know that does work so well alot of the time.

Lastly if there was a vacacine I would give money to have it distributed in Africa I am all for that.

I am not saying that Bush is doing in Iraq is correct. I 100% disagree with the war. I have already said that many posts ago. No I am not a liberal. Iraq is one things, Africa is another. And to the people who are saying "Aids in Africa can be stopped by using condoms", get your facts right!

Contracting HIV by having sex with prostitues was a long long time ago. Now, all new aids cases are by children being born of parents with Aids, people who get treated for some illness but inturn contracting aids because of infected needles and infected blood. The condoms part has long been educated but the people over there are helpless. All this is exacerbated by rebel fighters who are trying to overthrow governments and kill doctors and destroy hospitals and food supply for their cause.

Gates idea of wanting to bring only highly skilled immigrants through the system and getting them naturalized past the work visa is an interesting concept.

Objectively, it would prevent having to outsource to people in other countries with those skills, however it presents a problem because he wants to make it available to those that are capable of commanding jobs that pay in excess of 100,000.

Its a select process, but it would also open the door to legalization on all levels...because once the trickle started for the elect, the rest would want even more.

It really bothers me when I work with a smug illegal that knows they are beating the system and that the odds of the system not taking action against them, or the company I work for can be exploited by them.. rather pisses me off. Some I do really feel pity for because they are people who care about their jobs, and are good workers who should be there, yet, even though they've lived here for many years, still are not legal... and they know they should get more 'if' they were naturalized.
The fact that same company can exploit them w/o giving them raises,.. or benefits,.. and keep them at 'temp' status for many years, paying them well under market compartively to what they would be paid at a competitor 'if' certain other conditions were in place also pisses me off. Its been going on for far too long.

The fact that if I raise too much of a stink about it could possibly cost me a job leaves me with little choice but to put blinders on.

Education IS important but you can't hide behind an MBA if you have no common sense or drive. I agree here 100%. Education gets you in the door, marketable experience keeps you there.

As far as Bill Gates being darth vader, I'm not very well informed on how he manages his empire but I do know how much his charitable organization donates on an annual basis and it is staggering and humbling.
