Fett - Go to C:\Windows\Web - your Wallpapers are in there. I'm assuming you can see pictures when you open your folders, so the one you're looking for is called Bliss.
Right-click on it and select Set As Desktop Background.

If you have Firefox, just right click on the image and find "select as background" and click it.... internet explorer has a similar feature...

All you have to do is stretch/ center the image from you display properties. It is currently tiled.
